Consulting
Ayurveda Consultation
A consultation here is the starting point of a treatment plan built for your body, your history, and your condition — not a template applied to everyone who walks in with the same complaint.
What Happens During Your Consultation
Every consultation begins with Nadi Pariksha — traditional pulse diagnosis — alongside a detailed conversation about your symptoms, lifestyle, diet, sleep, stress patterns, and medical history. Dr. Sameer Mukund Paranjape assesses your dosha (constitution) and identifies the Ama and Agni imbalance underlying your condition, looking at the whole person behind the pain — not just the joint, the hormone, or the scan report you’re carrying in.
You’ll leave with a clear picture of what’s actually causing your symptoms, and a structured plan: internal medicines, external Panchakarma therapies if needed, diet correction, movement guidance, and a realistic timeline for what to expect at each stage.
What We Consult On
In-Person Consultation
For patients visiting our ashram in Kherdi, Dapoli, Ratnagiri, an in-person consultation allows for complete pulse diagnosis, physical examination, and — where appropriate — same-visit initiation of external therapies like Snehapana, Basti, or Patra Pinda Sweda.
Remote & International Consultation
Distance is not a barrier to receiving care. We regularly consult with patients by phone, with documented recovery outcomes. One international patient regained complete shoulder mobility within 15 days through phone consultation alone. If you live outside Dapoli, elsewhere in India, or abroad, we can still assess your condition and build a plan suited to you.
Follow-Up & Ongoing Support
A single consultation is rarely the end of the relationship. Most treatment plans include scheduled follow-ups to track progress — pain levels, mobility, sleep, energy — and adjust the plan as your body responds. For patients in structured programs, this follow-up is built into the protocol from day one.
What to Bring
Any existing medical reports, scans, or prescriptions you have, along with a clear sense of your daily routine and diet — this helps us build an accurate picture quickly.
Ayurvedic consultation and treatment offered here is intended for complementary use alongside modern medical evaluation. Patients with conditions requiring urgent or emergency care should consult their physician directly.
